Coolzero101 Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 Post your overclocks for your 5700 series card, and 03 benchmark if you want. I added 2x5k Rpm fans to my 5700 LE, stock 250/400, new speed 500/470 It gets 3219 in 3DMark 2003. (Mines a chaintech)
nVidia_Freak Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 BFG Tech nVidia GeFiorce FX 5700LE - stock - 275/400 - 3DMark03 Free -- 2269 Same card - stock cooling, nothing new, no ram sinks or anything - 345/450 - 3DMark03 Pro -- 3118 It's still a little choppy, but it does what it's supposed to do, combine graphics with price. Coolzero101 Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 I took it up to 483 on the memory
swifty11212 Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 seems like if i put up the core clock past 345 it seems to take a huge pause, maybe i should bring the mem clock to 480s or 490s and raise core.
Coolzero101 Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 I've always considered the Gforce series crap for price to performance ration, but when you take a look at the 5700 LE, you pay $30 less then for a 9600 Pro and it scores higher then the 9600 Pro in 3dMark 2003 when overclocked. GregP24 Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 scores higher OCed than a stock clock 9600Pro? What if you OCed the Pro? Would the pro then be faster?
Celcius Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 475/902 on my old 256mb BFG GeForce 5700le...should have pushed it farther.
