Coolzero101 Posted January 26, 2005 Posted January 26, 2005 Can the 9500 Pro be flashed to 9700?
DarkScorpion Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 Unfortunately, no, it has the 'I' configured mem, so if you even did successfully flash it, it would only run with 128-bit memory, not 256 like the 9700Pro had.
Coolzero101 Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 Oh, what does it bench in 3dMark, and does it have 8 pipe lines?
DarkScorpion Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 yup, 8 pipes. In 3Dmark '03 3.5.0 (BTW, futuremark JUST released hotfix 3.6.0 for '03 TODAY)it benchs about 4600 and about 2100 in '05. BTW, these are with the omega drivers, as you need them to OC the 9500, so thats why it says "unapproved FM drivers" or something of the like. EDIT: 9500 pro has been sold!!
