computergee Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 I have norton antivirus 2004, but when i scan it dosnt get rid of lots of stuff. it says delete failed. I think this may be becuase the thing is running, would i have to go into safe mode to git rid of it? Is there another program that can close it then delete automaticly? Bosco Posted January 25, 2005 Posted January 25, 2005 It may be picking up spyware as the threats, try Ad ware remove anything it finds then run Norton again. If it still finds stuff then try running in safe mode and doing a virus scan again that should fix it, if its not to screwed up.
