Caffeineless, Think I Can Do It?

chocolate has so little caffine in it it would take a truckload to do what 1 soda can do for you lol

Pretty close. A hershey bar has 10 mg of caffeine, whereas mountain dew had about 55mg. of caffeine per 12 ounces. So, eat 5 hershey bars and thatll equal one mountain dew.

 

Just watch out for the dark chocolate though. Thats stuffs got 35mg per bar.

well an ounce of chocolate flavored syrup has 4mg, that was about an ounce of icing that was probably about half the chocolate as the chocolate flavored syrup. So that's like a sip of cola...

EDIT: I blew it again! I had root beer at jack in the box

 

I didnt know:

1: jack in the box carries Barqs

2: Barqs is caffeinated

i think your doing the right thing without knowing it....

ur slowly getting less caffeine,without symptoms

I think it's easy to stop if you really want, but caffeine's in so many thing, I think it'd be tough to avoid.

So it's been five days since the last update. Maybe Yuck's out on a caffeine bender.

for me it was to hard to go no caffeine at all. I did get away from the times when i was atleast 5 cans a day lol but that was my friends fault every weeknd we would have partys and we'd get about 6 24 packs and the partys were at my place so i got to keep i went through that stuff fast it's a wonder i don't have diabetes. I'm now down too one can a day and i also drink about a gallon of water a day. i think i could never quit all together my minds not that strong and if i did i'd have to change my name and i'm way to lazy.

i stoped caffeine 4 weeks ago, and its greattttttt. mmmosst oofffff thee timeee.

Yeah, I'm still alive. Day 9. Havent even had chocolate

 

Keep in mind, this was just to prove I can do it, tomorrow, say hello to the quad shot latte.

 

(btw, I had no withdrawal symptoms)
