Athlon Xp-m 2400 35 Watt, Or 2600 45 Watt

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone, I'm looking at buying an Athlon XP-M to overclock a bit. I've heard that the 2400 (35 Watt version) is the cream of the crop. But I've also heard that getting the faster versions give more headroom to overclock.

I'm trying to decide between a 2400 35 Watt, and a 2600 45 Watt. They are within $2 of each other in price. I'd like to get the most performance for my two dollars :D

Any help would be appreciated.
