Jacket Posted November 30, 2002 Posted November 30, 2002 Alright here's the deal. You probably have sat at the computer too long. You have ribs out of place. I had this happen this summer. You need to see a chiropractor. This is serious if you don't take care of it. I had it for over a month. Please go see someone. If you don't get it taken care of it won't get better. Peace
NyCUnDaGroUnD Posted November 30, 2002 Posted November 30, 2002 Yea that is not a good thing to hear. Wheneever u combine computer usage and body pains u know that it is u sitting at the computer for too long is casuing the pain in your shoulder. My friend whos majoring in medicine told me to Look out a window every 30 minutes u are using the computer. He says it would relax your eyes from the strain u put staring at the computer. Also u have to move around every 30 minutes like stretching or something to let the blood circulate your body. Also i have a tea maker and i drink green tea like it is soda. ANd im starting to get some back pain on and off and im only 18.
sykocus Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 for the bottm, the same thing happens to me when either i'm depressed or have something on my mind (ie, bills or some big decision that i have to make). for me when i'm depressed i sleep ALL the time time so that how i can tell the difference, but people react differently. try to think about what is going on that may be causing it. talk to people who have known you a while, like your family, about what it is. get out of where ever you spend most of your time. i know it's hard, like most of you i am perfectly content to spend most of my day in my room usually on my computer, but when something is bringing you down, especially something out of your control its good to be be away. lastly eat good. i'm not saying got vegitarian, but a sanwhich instead of a bag of chips. go down to subway or something. i hope this helps. try to figure out what is useful for you so that that next time you have troubles you can recignize them quickly. Ronin Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 sounds like maybe a pinched nerve with slight case of depression to me. standard answers for depression: eat better get more excersize get out more standard answers for pinched nerve: see a doctor see a chiropractor see a movie good luck, hope you feel better. If it makes you feel better RabidMoose has some extremely rare disease that slowly tightens all your organs until they just explode/stop working. Of course thats if it goes un treated for 30 years. he'll be fine. FEEL BETTER RABIDMOOSE!

NyCUnDaGroUnD Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 What ive heard to relieve stress is too Breathe more deeply. Take long and hard breaths, inhaling and exhaling slowly. It would circulate the oxygen throughout yur body.
