I voted a 7 because...

that 266 chipset is kind of bare minimum in my opinion, you need the 333 or now the 400 chipsets.

 

that 1800, a good cpu for the price, but you need to get up into the 2000+ with the 2700 and 2800s coming.

 

that 5400rpm harddrive, but with so many 7200rpms out there, and the 8Mg buffer models are just plain ripping fast

 

Great vid card, great cpu cooler, good fans all around, you just need to up the horsepower of the chips, cpu, and harddrive. Just my two cents, and lots of other people may think differently.
