AMD_Wannabe Posted December 3, 2004 Posted December 3, 2004 Well my temps run a bit high 55 under load and 53 idle my temps are ALWAYS like this, seriously, not matter what hs/f combo i use, its like this, anyone else think my temp sensor is messed? kurosen Posted December 3, 2004 Posted December 3, 2004 I would do some cable management (assuming that you have ide ribbons and molex wires all jumbled up) and find the location of the temp sensor on your board (assuming that's the sensor you're reading from)... once you find the sensor you should try blowing over it for a few seconds to see if it makes any difference. if the sensor is under the cpu, then i'd try opening some windows and putting on the AC for a couple of minutes and see if that'll make a difference...
