Temp Diff Between 80 And 120 Mm Radiators ?

Recommended Posts

a 120mm rad has bigger surface area as compared to a 80mm rad meaning for a 80mm rad to achieve the same amount of heat dissipation as compared to a 120mm, it need more air to flow through it..thus it is less efficient

secondly, a 120mm rad uses 120mm fan and 80mm rad uses 80mm fan..we all know 120mm fans has better cfm to db ratio as it it bigger...it pushes more air at lesser noise..sooo i conclude,

a 120 mm rad would be less noisy and more efficient :) though it will also be more pricey hahaha..hope that helps
