10Gauge Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 ok i have looked all over the net even google for help on this so i thought i would try here......but i need help overclocking a 1600+ with a ECS K7S5A Pro mobo. I don't know if the bios will support it but i can't adjust the voltage settings and the only way i can adjust the front side bus is buy 100/100 mhtz or 133/133 or i have an option of 166/133...so am i even on the right track or am i way off or do i need a different bios or do i need to unlock the processor or a new mobo or what? anybody have this problem yet? 10Gauge Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 (edited) OK well this is what i got. the stepping is AGKGA and i hope it is one of those rare bad @ss chips, but probly due to my luck it isn't worth a crap. and by the way i found some forums on the web that say my mobo is "garbage" oh yeah another question can i do the pencil trick on this one?
