legend_jo Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 Does anyone know how to fix this? With my MX700 i use to be able to use the back and forward buttons. Now with the 1000 they only work in regular windows navigation, not in any browser, IE or Firefox.
Coolzero101 Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 There is probably some software included with the mouse that lets you program those buttons as keys. Thats what I do with my mx series (not quite sure what one I have)
legend_jo Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 Already installed the software, and configured some of the buttons. I left the forward/back buttons as they were. but still no "clicky" in Firefox or IE. Only in windows navigation, like when navigation folders and files <_<

LobbDogg Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 I'm not using the Logitech software with my MX1000 and it works fine using the forward and back buttons in Firefox and IE.
Novaesck Posted December 21, 2004 Posted December 21, 2004 Use the Logitech software and set the Forward button to the keystroke Alt+Right and the Back button to Alt+Left. Worked for me.
