She had fed them McDonalds at least once a day their entire life, and wondered why they were fat? hahahaha DUH STUPID! lol there are 2 i remember one is from when a lady went in and bought 100 kids meals for the little beanie babys in side and they told her no so she sued them, and the other is when a person sued them for there coffe being to hot. This person won, though I am not sure what they won. 344185[/snapback] that was against McDonald's!!!! she won something like $12 million because the wasn't properly warned that the coffee would be HOT. but back on subject... this wouldn't suprise me in the least bit. it also brings me to a point I heard the other day. The hot coffee thing is one of the dumbest things I ever herd of. Right up there with suing tobacco companies. We have protective laws against things like that. Can I sue over the price of insulin? Anything and everything is being allowed into the courtroom - as long as some nasty money-grubbing lawyer gets a few bucks out of it, it will go to court. Hmmm, you should be sued for being an idiot by "somebody" if you sue: * A fast food place 'cause you're fat from eating there * A fast-food place for serving hot coffee without the COFFEE cup having a HOT warning on it (which feels hot in your hand) * Your parents for 'not raising you right' *A company because they didn't put the right warning label on their equipment (ex: don't use hair dryer in the shower, sunscreen is for external use only) *etc Back on track, a lawsuit like this would be the direct result of the brain frying from too much voltage...
