Undervolting Killing My Oc

I'm getting some serious undervolting on my Antec Truepower 430-watt PSU. I set my Vcore to 1.575 in the BIOS, but I get only 1.5-1.52 in Windows. This is killing my OC. I used to be able to get to 3.51ghz+ stable, but that was before the X800 XT(keep in mind I had a 9500 Pro). Do I need more power? I was thinking about one of those new X-connect 500-watters.

This undervolting occurs no matter what I set the Vcore to. 1.65 volts, runs around 1.58 in Windows.

I have the same psu as you, and I get undervolting as well. I'm not sure if it's the board's fault or the psu's fault, but it tends to run .06V or so low. I don't think it's the psu, though, because I checked my rails with a multimeter while the comp was on and got 12.08V and 5.08V respectively.

2 different mobos, same undervolting, same PSU. Coincidence?

Yeah i just had to turn down the OC due to undervoltage, i was getting 3.6-3.4 off a 2.4 stable but heat would be a problem, nvm that. I was able to get a nice oc off it anyway, then i added my x800 pro, undervolts crashes. Though i went cheap with a 400watt icute (ei noname)

So i had to it all back to deafault, lost quite a bit of performance, just waiting for an extra buck to come around, gonna get me a 650W Triple Fan psu, then i never will have to worry, since i am planning on eventually going to a high end 64 bit before 2006 comes around.
