Folding_Buddha Posted October 23, 2004 Posted October 23, 2004 I need the name of a good free program that will teach new computer users to learn how to type it will be for my 46 year old uncle who I just made a computer for. Try not to find one too childish it is after all for a 46 year old man although if it has any fun interaction it is a plus. Danks Ps: his comp is folding 24/7 32 c running on stock

Eva_Unit_0 Posted October 24, 2004 Posted October 24, 2004 I've used several of the Mavis Beacon typing programs, and they all are very nice. They teach very well, and are not childish in the least.
cybergrunt69 Posted October 24, 2004 Posted October 24, 2004 I'll put another vote in for Mavis Beacon Typing Tutor! I've had adults and kids use it, and everyone that's used it and liked it. No, not free, but well worth the $10-$20.
