DrAwesomePhD Posted October 22, 2004 Posted October 22, 2004 Alright, so i was messing around and somehow my calculator broke (not sure how, not sure its important ) so now my screen isnt working it took some hard impact and shattered, so i can read half of the screen and the rest of it is blacked out.. i am using a TI-89... i was wondering if i could buy a new screen and replace it myself, or if i would have to send it back to TI to fix it? Ill post a pic when i get a chance.... heres a picture... its the one to the left i guess its more of a question for electrical engineers? Some_Guy_ Posted October 22, 2004 Posted October 22, 2004 Maybe, but likely not worth the cost of a new screen and the hassle of fixing it.
sdy284 Posted October 22, 2004 Posted October 22, 2004 yea, unfortunately, you're prolly going to end up just trashing it. Then look on ebay for a new 89, or click here, because i did it for you
