Cannot Get New Catalyst (mulimedia Center) To Run

I have a 875 motherboard, 1 gig of mem., an ATI-AIW 9600 XT Pro, and a raid system. I tried & tried to get the new catalyst ,multimedia ceter running ,but errors come up after I finish ??. Would anyone have any ideas?? Do you think it is the raid??, or another bad windows (I am using corporate edition, windows XP, with SP2). I changed the windows once, and the same thing happens, so now I have the Catalyst version on my card, but not on the multimedia center.So I have half new & the multimedia center still on 8.8 version ??? I am woundering if it is the raid drives or the windows???. Please any suggestions would be helpful,Thanks In Advance !!!!!!

Do you have .net installed? IT requires that to run if not go to the windows update and install it.

Hi, I have ,net in & the other items, I have a corporae edion of windows (could this be the problem????) as I set it all up, and everything is installed correctly , then when I try opening the tv, an error message says it must shut down ??. I talked to ATI for houras , went through the set up 4 times and this always happens. I have the card running with the new catalyst, but the multimedia center is running with the old version 8.8,Thanks All !!!!!! Help ????
