everytime i set the FSB at 192mhz or higher i get fialure to boot v core ive even gone higher set it at 10%+ its set at 7.5% at moment do i need to alter the DIMM voltage or AGP voltage in order to reach FSB at 200 i cant change the multiplier its locked

You shouldnt have to alter the dim voltage, your ram is capable of running 200mhz fsb at stock voltage. I'd raise your vcore up even more. The problem with gigabyte is that the vcore is stepped in % which makes it more difficult to regulate exactly how you want it to be. If your cooling will hold it, set the vcore to max on the board, and see if you can hit 200mhz fsb.
