ShadowPaktu Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 If it has an exhaust system, apart fro mthe fact that it will most likley be better than your stock cooler, to allow you a better overlcok, as it pump out the hot air out of the case immediatly, it will keep your ambient case temp down to allow you to oc your cpu a little more (maybe)
tharealmegaman Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 well right now with the pci exhaust, i'm overclocking my fx5500 to 335/500 from a stock 270/400. about a 25% oc. its pretty stable at that speed ever since i got the exhaust. (Before exhaust, i could only get it to 330/480) if i get one of those coolers, can i expect to oc something like 350+/525+?
