Yea dude, you got ripped. You can prolly get the guy arrested for scam/fraud. Either that or have him give you your money back. I would pay about $20 for that thing...

That equivalent to $2400 ;) i suggest you get a refund immediatly,

 

you find that type of stuff in the trash .... literally, i find better things in skips ...

No ram...no video card...no psu....and that isn't a raptor...thats an old IDE...Take it back...and after you get the money in your hands...lay a beating on that guy... :D

Well my friend you've been taken. Not only is there no ram, the hard drive is defintely not a Raptor, the drive in there is an IDE drive not a Serial ATA drive. Also I'm no expert on Xeon processors but that is a slot 1 processor which indicates to me it's probably a Pentium 3 chip.
