full_metal_nash Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 Hi There, sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum. I recently bought this computer (see pictures) The guy i bought it from told me it was a Pentium Zeon 4 Processor with 512 of Cas 2.5 Memory RAM and the Hard drive was a Rapter 40GB, the graphics are ATI Radeon Rage Pro 512 clocks the problem is it doesnt power up, i cant find where to put the Power cable? i think that because it's one of the new style cases then the power thing will be hidden under some cover? Anyone got any ideas - BTW WIll i be able to run Doom 3 on it? Let me know

Kamikaze_Badger Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 I'm with Ov here. Buy yourself a water cooled 64 bit rig, after the newer AMD's come out or when Intel releases their 64 bit CPU's in the US if you're an Intel guy. And I can build you a custom watercooling res if you want.
Iggy Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 Yeah, umm, it's not gonna boot if there's no power. Electronics generally need to have to power to run. Also there's no way in hell you'll be able to run Doom 3 on that thing-the graphics are about 5 years old and wouldn't even be able to handle CS.
