Some_Guy_ Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 (edited) For a while, the fastest I could run was 2.2 GHz. Not too shabby, but I've heard of 1700+ JIUHBs going much further, and I wished I could get there. Now I am. I don't know what's different this time, but here I am, well over 2.2 GHz. I'm running Prime95 now, and temps are topping out at 54c (obviously full load). I haven't finished my case ventilation project yet, so I can expect that number to drop a bit. Anyway, here's my new top speed so far: Edited September 25, 2004 by Some_Guy_
agentorange Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 That's pretty awesome. Even better if it is good and stable!

Iggy Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 They're great chips. Except for temps that's identical to my max proven stable oc-I assume that's a DLT3C?
Byron Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 Very nice! I knew those t-breds were beasts at ocing, but I didnt know that they were that nice.
Some_Guy_ Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 (edited) Not stable at 2534, it's rebooting on me. I'll try it again when I finish my ventilation project. For the meantime, I backed it down to 2400 (at 1.7 volts!) I was able to get some benches done. It was only rebooting when I ran P95. Iggy - yeah, it's a DLT3C. Once I finish my vent. project, the Tornado I bought from you will be doing the cooling via a duct.
