DeMoN Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 round one test one failed. so i went over to compusa and got a nvidia fx5200 pic with 128 meg of ram and 1 dvi out for $40. get home install it start up and the wrong ldc comes on. no big deal. just had to change the setting in the bios to choose agp over pci. start up agian and this time the right lcd comes on but nothing on the second. i load the drivers and reboot again. this time neither of the dvi connections come up and only the vga does. tired to play with some of the nview properties but no good. i got fed up and powered down and packed the new card back up and now going to take it back and see what i can find on the net in a few weeks with dual dvi heads. confuzzedintelguy Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 it should work under the settings in your device manager you need to let it know which one is primary and secondary if that dosnt work try disableing the pci and if it boots the agp you need a dual dvi card

Capslock118 Posted September 26, 2004 Posted September 26, 2004 invader trax, you can have 2 video cards in the computer at once. We have a machine at work that has it, one is to connect the monitor to television, and the other is connected to the main screen to do work on. And doesnt most AGP cards have DVI now a days?
