turkish Posted September 20, 2004 Posted September 20, 2004 hi everyone, if the vdimm option in bios maxes out at 2.7.......and i wanna go higher than 2.7...can i set it at the auto option? Would that mean it could go higher than 2.7 on its own without me selecting it..? I th ink my oc is being limited by ram voltage, so will setting it at auto help ? oralpain Posted September 20, 2004 Posted September 20, 2004 (edited) Auto is almost always 2.5v or 2.6v. It's possibel that anoth BIOS version would have higher settings. Otherwise, if you want more vdimm you will need a vmod, one of those OCZ ddr boosters (don't know if any one else sells something similar yet), or a new motherbaord.
