spathalogic Posted September 18, 2004 Posted September 18, 2004 You'd be better off overclocking your toilet.
adrenalinepcs Posted September 18, 2004 Posted September 18, 2004 Change the board that will fix your problem if you did that then you would need a new case and power supply.
Bosco Posted September 18, 2004 Posted September 18, 2004 if you did that then you would need a new case and power supply. True but at least you could over clock then
Whitelightning Posted September 18, 2004 Posted September 18, 2004 The only way you will be able to do anytype of overclocking is to.......build a new computer....dells are only good for one thing....and thats taking up space in our landfill sites.. TheSternMystic Posted September 19, 2004 Posted September 19, 2004 I have a Dimension 8300, and no, you can't overclock it. Cant check temps, or fan RPMs either. If they did, people would ask too many question/screw too many things. The 8300's PSU I BELIEVE uses the ATX standard Connections, just a different attachment method (Wont fit in an ordinary case) and of course it has different motherboard mounts, so...Everything else they use are the same as something you'd get from Newegg or Bestbuy tho.
