godmode117 Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 okay lets say you were driving down the street and saw a perfectly good looking dell or emaching (etc..) sitting next to a trash can, would you stop and pick it up? Dasterdly Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 Do you have to ask. Yes, of course. Just do it quick so no one sees.

Mr_Yuck Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 ya...im the type that would pick up an old macintosh classic just so i can smash it, if it were a pc, i would probably use it or sell it.
ClayMeow Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 ya...im the type that would pick up an old macintosh classic just so i can smash it, if it were a pc, i would probably use it or sell it. in a drunken tirade once up at school, we walked by a house on the way to a party and there was a monitor on the curb. I kicked it....it hurt....so i picked it up and yelled "Tim, Catch" and chucked it at my friend...he jumped to the side and it went crashing in the middle of the street shattering into a hundred pieces. Everyone on the block started cheering. lol. but uh, yeah...if it seemed like it was a decent computer, i'd take it. You can take anything if they put it on the street to throw out. CheeseMan42 Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 Ofcourse I would, that is another folding machine!!! that is exactly what i thought when i saw this post. however it would depend on the speed of the computer. but i wouldn't worry about that at first. i would be happy enough just to find a computer on the curb. so i guess of course i would take it.
