Case Cutting

well i got the best cutting bit for a dremmle and it did cut but if i wanted to do the mod with it it would take DAYS!!!

 

so a nibbler is the thing im gona grab

I own two dremels, they're good for lots of things but for side pannel cutting or big jobs a dremel dont cut it.

You'll need a small grinder not the 20 pounder ones loll there's a middle size that uses 3 inches cutting disks and that you can handle easily with one hand.

As i said i love dremels, but dont try to move a mountain with a shovel

Well i used a jig saw with a 21 tpi blade and then use my dremmle to smoth out cut

 

I will posts pics tomorrow hopefully

 

now to get the holes and plexi cut

ya thats what i did - i used a jigsaw to cut then used the dremel to smooth out the burrs and saw tooth marks with the grey grinding wheel

its a milimeter thick of hardend steel

 

i mean it took me 20 minutes to cut it with a jig saw!
