Maybe try liquid electrical tape!  At least on the back of the cards. Thats the part most people see any way. it comes in red and other colors. smooths out real nice with a straight-edge

Lowe's or home depot, try a nice thin layer of it

I used it on the back of my bay bus. just let it dry before you use the card.

hmm, will try, don't know how good its gona look, but i will try it, hope it doesnt fry that isa card i am gona experiment on :)

paint them...
mask all chips, capacitors and resistors with tape and spray it
