snipermav Posted August 26, 2004 Posted August 26, 2004 Bigred, you actually like the Asus boards the best for P4 even though they have that vcore drop under load?
HomerJaySimpson Posted August 26, 2004 Posted August 26, 2004 Well as far as the best manufactur goes, Abit all the way baby!
bigred Posted August 26, 2004 Posted August 26, 2004 my asus board for the 3.6 is awsome. it's been perfectly stable. I also find using an asus approved power supply eliminates that v-drops on the p4c800 dlx

Silverfox Posted August 27, 2004 Posted August 27, 2004 i've found that gigabyte have always been great...1 asus board gone naff, 3 abit boards gone naff and that's that! its always the same though: people often stick to their tried and tested, don't they? ClayMeow Posted August 27, 2004 Posted August 27, 2004 i voted Asus, because i have an a7n8x-deluxe and a regular a7n8x and they both work great. I'm leaning towards MSI for my new a64 system though.
