been an hour, no drops :D

almost screwed the pooch! had a big water pocket in the pump, if I would not have noticed it by morning my pump would have been bad.

BTW:

the swifteck pump is alot quiter than the danger den... but the danger den gives an extra 100gph of push!

edit*

my clamps suck! the system was ok till I moved things around, then it leaked like crazy...

Thank god! I streatched the power to the pump to another computer, so the water rig was powered down... wet but It'll dry! Back I go to get better clamps, I got the wire pinch clamps, the flat pinch clamps worked great. (i'llpost pics when I get every thing up)

May the overclocking road rise to meet you,

May the water be always at your back.

May the coolness shine cooly upon your processor,

and my the stability run your parade.

And until you overclock again,

may the watercooling gods hold you in the palm of their hands.

Gotta do a sac eh... where the dog!

Well the water test ran ok, 1 clamp had to be replaced, It was the middle of the RBX, the clamp could to be placed inbetween the barb and the stud.

I freak! the 4.4 gpm pump was shooting water all over till I pulled the power... it was like an operation and blood was squirting all over.

My wife freaked too, afer 2 hours in the am with lighting flashing out side with an arriving thunderstorm, I yelled out "it's alive" ... " it's alivvvvvve"...

I could not wait, I streatched power to my lights and to my fan controller.... oh man is it sweet! quite even with the 4 120mm fans on high. Oh an the 10 UV 12" lights just shines off the UV cable wraps!

No pics, the SD memory reader is in that PC...

comming soon...

haha! Glad you got it working alright and are liking it already :D

I had that too, when I accidently forgot to put a clamp on the pumps outlet. Tubing just shot off and I ended up with a rather wet carpet :)

What 120mm fans have you got there? I can't run mine at 12v without some nasty noise :) and I only have two of them!

Well after 2 leaks and 32 hours of testing my water system is bullet proof. Just to let all the noobs know that testing in important bofore you toss every thing together.

Oh... and clamp is also important! I used the expensive "ring" clamps ($1.20 ec) and they SUCK! I went to the "wide pinch" clamp ($.33 ec) works great.

One other thing I learned. Spend some money on the hose! Yea, hardware store hose is not as good and I can explaine why.

first, this is what I used...

(this link shows the 1/2, I got the 3/4)

http://www.crazypc.com/Merchant2/merchant....ct_Code=93270UB

Now the stuff in the hardware store is a smorgus board of different tubing. I would stronly suggest the braded, but it needs to be heated and is hard to work with, once installed the hose would need to be removed to pull a block. The others of different value all kink real easy, usualy around 2" to 3" radius. The hose I'm showing will start to crink at 1" to 3/4" radius. rember kinks are bad! With the second product, I have a few bends that actualy bend 220deg with less than a 1/2" raduis... no kinks, the tube is perfectly round...

One other thing, I purchased 15' I still have more than 12 foot ... three blocks and a reservore.. 3 foot is all i needed... got some for sale!

now to OCC like a bat out of he11!

(will post pics soon!)

markiemrboo: the fans are the cheap($12) all aluminum ones you can find anywhere..

Got a dial form an automotive product thet works great..

I'm going to drop them th 5v when everything is done... run them off of a musketier 2.
