Overclocking A 64 3200+

Heya,

A buddy of mine has purchased an Athlon 64 3200+ and a K8n Neo Platinum board. He can buy just about any RAM, since he's a reseller, and would like opinions on a good setup for overclocking this CPU and board combo.

He doesn't want the $400 OCZ RAM we were looking at, too expensive. What's a good RAM buy, and perhaps some basic settings he might try to start out please?

Danke,
