:withstupid: In my experience, ATI cards can take a 70mhz agp maximum, and nvidia cards can take a 76mhz agp max. Either way, he should be able to get quite a bit more than 169fsb.

He can't...that board is based off KT400. KT400 was SUPPOSED to have a working agp/pci lock (just like kt600 and k8t800 were) but in true VIA fashion, they didn't work.

AGP/PCI lock doesn't come on the KT600 either <_<

VIA got it right finally on the KT880 for Athlon XP.
