He wants a sweet scorpio case and everything anyway, I was thinking like an AMD 64 3400 or something, or is intel the thing, I havent kept up in a while. It is which ever you prefer. It would be easier to give you a better suggestion if I knew what the system is going to be used for? Digital imaging? gaming? Folding?
