ATI Radeon 8500 Posted September 9, 2002 Posted September 9, 2002 I'm not sure if my Dremel motor is dying or what, but mine is so weak I would rather just pay the extra to use a hole saw but I bet that a newer Dremel would work much better...Hehehe this my 500th post ! Forsh Posted September 9, 2002 Posted September 9, 2002 Cam anyone post a link to a tool for a normal Dremel what I can cut circles with please, I am having a hard time finding anything. Would that new diamond wheel they sell work? Most of the blades it says you cant cut in a circular pattern with them...

vyroburn Posted September 9, 2002 Posted September 9, 2002 Hole saw... it's hard to get a dremel to make a perfect circle unless you have the cool little rounded thingy that allows you to make perfect circles.. then get the dremel but i like dremals for littler things that cutting my case... get a big drill and a big hole saw and put lots of pressure........ YODA74 Posted September 9, 2002 Posted September 9, 2002 get a hole saw   Get an electric drill  layout your pattern I would suggest putting a 2x6 under the metal   and use the dremel to finish up  Quick easy and a nice finished product but of course you can do it any way you feel comfortable. exodius Posted September 10, 2002 Posted September 10, 2002 i can't afford both It's either the dremel or the holesaw
ATI Radeon 8500 Posted September 10, 2002 Posted September 10, 2002 I would go nice dremel because you can vary the sizes of what you cut and have mor eflexibility than a holesaw, whereas with a holesaw you need each size tha tyou want to cut and need a drill and stuff to use it and it caan only be used for blowholes more or less, and you may want to do more to your case later. hiph0pan0nym0usx Posted September 10, 2002 Posted September 10, 2002 how expensive r hole saws?
ATI Radeon 8500 Posted September 10, 2002 Posted September 10, 2002 I think that they are $20-$30 without the drill, just for the circular blade.
