Ghost2520 Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 Nice guide, I may have to consider it for the new comp this fall. It sure as heck beats the $50 things for sale in stores, I always thought $50 was quite steep for a piece of plastic.
k1e1v1i1n Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 it was a good guide but i would have like to see more hands in the pics , maybe even with a bandaid or somehting so u look more hands on . good job
Vampire Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 Great guide... 9/10 for the fact that it COULD have been better and perhaps more comprehensive for complete idiots... but for the majority of us its a great guide. Good job exeter acres!
Newport Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 I am gonna vote 10 only because you really cant get detailed in the workings of a waterbox lol.... But he did explain what to use to seal is and how to make a good seal (does his seal animal imitation) and that is key for this project.... Now maybe i can get off my lazy you know what and make a review.... GJ EXETER!

TheSternMystic Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 I voted only 6. The problem being that you did not include the fact that you do need some other hardware. The PVC cement is upwards $10 depending on the size. The teflon tape can sometimes be pricey. And basically all is showed is that you can make your own water resevoir, but not necessarily how to make it.
shervin2 Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 I dont use Resevoirs, dont see any point of getting one except if you bleed your system often. But good guide tho!
