you guys forgot ASUS :(

I wasn't impressed with my P4P800 Deluxe. Anything over 3.6GHz with my 3.0c and the vcore droop would kick in. My DFI was stable up to 3.9GHz with the same chip, cooling, and memory.

The DFI board has a lot more features, and is usually cheaper than the P4x800 series. I've never used the Abit board, but I've heard good things about it. I'm sure either of them would do a great job.

i too have both the p4p800-e deluxe and the max 3 and the max 3 is definitely better. the asus voltage drop is awful

I have a p4p800 deluxe and im quite happy with it. but i dont run anything past 133 FSB so i cant really vouch for its ability to oc. everyone is saying abit
