Holy crap i think im the only person to not knwo about this but i hear that Creative Labs is making a new videocard line that is suppozed to be in competition with nvidia and atis newest cards, the GF5 and radeom 9700's :blink: :blink: ---if this is true then kick me in the pants and call me a redneck. im so exited, anyone here got anylinks to some greasy info about this??????????????

We all know what this means.
More competion means better video cards and cheaper prices.

That could be nice but notice Matrox's try to get into high-end personal video card line...The Parhelia did horrible so it could be the same story all over again if this is true.

maximum pc did an article on this last month or the month before ... They had an interview with one of the guys who worked on the card

The company is called 3D Labs...

And nVidia owns the 3Dfx technology.

3D Labs are big in the High-end Proffesional market. Creative bought the company and are now working on some consumer cards for gamers. PC Zone did an article on it a couple of months ago.

there have been people on the internet who have posted about getting high-end content creation cards, complete with 2 cores, 512 RAM, etc etc.. and then gaming on them and crying realizing they don't game too well.
