TheSternMystic Posted June 4, 2004 Posted June 4, 2004 Laptops don't like power surges, especially their CPU's. What brand of Laptop is it? I'm especially pro with Dells...As for the desktop, try a different known working PSU, if it works, there's your problem, if it doesn't well, then just try interchanging every part in the system till it works...Oh, if it's no fans then probably the PSU.
