Applying Uv Paint On Window

I was planning to apply UV paint onto my window side panel with a Matrix theme, characters scrolling down, does any one have an idea on how to do this?

Or is there somene who knows how to do such things....

First you'd have to apply it from the inside (cause UV paint is like latex paint) easily removable especially on plastic or glass

And i know it could ba a lot of trouble but if you want small character you better draw and etch with a dremel or sand blast, then paint, the paint will stick better

I haven't done that, but..... Um take the panel off before painting on the inside.
