DOOM and Wolf 3D are better than some of the current FPSs... not because of graphics, but because of game play.... Gameplay, that's the key to a good game. VolcomPimp Posted August 22, 2002 Posted August 22, 2002 some of my favorites... quake 1 was cool, quake 2 wasnt bad... doom was pretty sweet though at age 7 or so we had a little trouble configuring the wad files for this add-on we baught... wolf 3d was cool... loved rainbow 6... half life was the shizzle.... still play counter-strike... Duke Nukem 3d was pretty cool when it first came out... never really got into unreal. but it was ok... Aliens vs. predator was sweet... 007 on n64 was cool... oh ya and who can forget hexen and heretic for pc... those were some pretty bad . games back in the day... The graphics tied with the incredible sound effects made me feel as if i was the main character in enemy at the gates . It was really good. Certainly, I also liked Halflife, RTCW and Red Faction...
