exeter_acres Posted April 18, 2004 Posted April 18, 2004 Silly question... I understand completely WHAT svchost.exe is.... there is one svchost in task manager that is always at about 2% CPU usage... is there a way to track down (via process ID or whatever) what service that svhost is hosting??? Thanks Exeter

r_target Posted April 18, 2004 Posted April 18, 2004 The last time I looked around, the closest I got to an answer was something like "generic Windows processes".They seem to get rather slippery when you try to pin them down to specifics.
