Also I dont have and lot of money but I can afford some thing like 200-250$ maybe a little more if it is really good.

only CPU or also other parts?

you can build a system with CPU and GPU cooler for about 200 at dangerden.

pick up an RBX with the dangerden pump and a maze4 GPU cooler and get yourself a chevette heater core from a car and some tubing from local hardware store.

don't remember the exact heater core you can use but there are others that already use them so they can say which one you need.

if you want good performance and very quiet i would go with a heater core as big as two 120mm fans

Whatever you end up getting, make sure it cools both the cpu and the graphics card. Video Games are getting ready to change big time this year and you are going to want some umph in your system to pull it off.

You can pick a Chevette or Caprice heater core from any Advance, AutoZone, or NAPA auto parts store. They run around $20-30 depending on the store.

I'm not sure I understand when you asked if they put the kit together. They will put a kit together for you, they offer packages. If that's not what you mean, I'm sorry.
