Guest_Jim_* Posted January 31, 2019 Posted January 31, 2019 In June of last year, it was announced that Brian Krzanich had resigned as CEO of Intel and from being a member of the company's board of directors. At the time the CFO Robert Swan was named the acting CEO, and now after months of considering other candidates, he has become the permanent CEO for Intel. The vice president of Finance and director of Intel's Corporate Planning and Reporting, Todd Underwood, has taken on the role of interim CFO until the search for a permanent CFO is completed.
