Just as was leaked earlier this week, the large annual update for Radeon Software has been released today by AMD. Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition offers some performance improvements but this year the focus was on improving existing features, and adding new ones. For example Radeon ReLive for capturing gameplay video has been updated with GIF support, a scene editor, and integration into the Radeon Overlay. Also added to it is ReLive Game Streaming, which can send up to a 4K 60 FPS signal at a low latency to the free AMD Link app on Android and iOS devices. AMD Link has also gotten a number of enhancements, including Wattman support, so you can tweak your GPUs clocks and fan speeds on the fly. The improvements to Wattman included unlocked DPM states for RX Vega GPUs, which previously limited you to just the top two states, and profiles to auto overclock the GPU, the memory, or undervolt the GPU, at least for RX Vega discrete GPUs. All RX Series GPUs though support the new fan curve profile, Zero RPM, and memory tuning features.

In addition to these new user-facing features, some Vulkan features have been added and a host of issues have also been fixed. If you have an RX GPU, you should probably look through the release notes to see what all is offered, because there is more than I have mentioned here.
