To celebrate a new gameplay has also been released, which you can watch below. This will be the first dedicated single-player game in this series for more than 15 years. In MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries players will get to pilot their mechs but also build, manage, and guide their mercenary unit through a multi-year campaign set in the Third and Fourth Succession Wars. You will be able to play these missions solo, with AI-controlled pilots at your side, or up to three friends for co-op play. Depending on the contracts you accept, you may need the help too as there are no perfect solutions to the situations you will find yourself in, as you need to balance repairs and upgrades with your limited resources.
