Guest_Jim_* Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 Metro Exodus is set to return us to post-apocalyptic Russia on February 22, 2019, but you can pre-order the game today. For anyone concerned about needing to pre-order from select stores to acquire certain in-game content, do not worry, no such content is reserved for pre-order. Although, there are certain platform-exclusive bonuses, but these are not going to impact the game. Those who pre-order the PC version will also receive a digital art book and the soundtrack, while Xbox One pre-orders get a copy of Metro 2033 Redux, and PlayStation 4 pre-orders get a Dynamic Theme based on the 'Winter' artwork for the game. These bonuses apply for both physical and digital pre-orders. There are also both Standard and Gold editions available on digital stores, with the latter including the Expansion Pass. If you are a big fan of the franchise and want more, there is the Aurora Limited Edition to consider. It holds the game in an exclusive Steelbook, has a 32 page art book, includes the Expansion Pass, and comes in a bespoke metal outer case inspired by The Aurora steam train Artyom rides in the game. It does not appear the Aurora Limited Edition is available for pre-order just yet. There are no details yet on what the Expansion Pass will include, as developer 4A games is only going to start working on additional single-player content after the game has gone gold. There will also free DLC and updates. Source: Deep Silver Back to original news post
