lol im lovin those crypto prices lol cant wait for all the low priced gpu's

its already started her in AZ i picked a gtx 1080 ftw hybrid for $350

Cant wait to pick up another.

Comments like this are incredibly stupid. First of all, everything is up from last year.... like way up lol. Also, just doing a little research you can see why the prices dropped, and how it has affected mining. (Not much for the people who been at it a while)

Also, despite the "scary big price drops, oh no" all of my miners are STILL making more daily then they did last year before the boom.

You may see some cards go for more reasonable prices due to uninformed people (e.g. people who did not do reaearch and just bought a fuck ton of cards expecting to get rich quick), or people who are unloading some cards because winters ending, or some people unloading cards because they are freeing up slots for new stuff.

I wouldn't hold my breath for a massive influx of cheap cards though.

Now that you got a card.., finally.., mine with it, and stahp with the fud.

Edit:

However, stuff like this may do some damage: https://www.utilitydive.com/news/munis-to-charge-bitcoin-miners-higher-power-prices-in-new-york/519275/

Interestingly enough, I think this may actually help decentralization, as it'll be harder for high density farms to operate.., or they'll just move elsewhere.

The current volatility is completely normal when it comes to the cryptocurrencies space,.. cryptocurrencies fluctuating by 70% to 80% is normal.

Long-term investors need not fear the volatility,.. since we are here to stay for the long run, and have no problem holding the cryptocurrencies for a longer period of time,.. I generally hold my investments 12-months or longer before selling.

Only time will tell when Bitcoin resumes it's uptrend,.. you can only be sure of one thing,.. that most of the investors will be laughing all the way to the bank when it does.  :)

Hey guys guess what!

Poloniex Support got back to me today about my 80 day old support ticket:

Thanks for reaching out! We apologize for the delayed response.

As we are working through our backlog of tickets, it looks like this issue has been resolved since you last contacted us.

We hope this is the case, but if not, please respond here letting us know and we will be happy to help further!

Anything I should ask them? Might get a reply sometime around June.
