exeter_acres Posted March 8, 2004 Posted March 8, 2004 do you have an older HP printer and/or scanner attached to the computer? are all drivers (sound card, chipset, video card, etc. etc.) up to date? done a virus scan.... gravy Posted March 9, 2004 Posted March 9, 2004 personally, if i was getting this on a daily or more than daily basis, i would wipe everything and do a clean install, but then again, i am used to doing clean installs..........usually every 6 months or so, even if it isn't broken, i still do it, to "clean house"
