Time to sell those old AMD cards!

Recommended Posts

Awhile back with GPU3 client the GTX 470 would fold apx. 14K ppd,.. the clients have changed so could be better now. You would need to run one for 24 hours and see what you get ppd.

I am running rx 470's and a rx480 :P

Quick google looks like one could do 250k ppd, is that right? How much fldc does that translate to?

My bad,.. was wondering why you didn't go for the 9800GX2 or GTX 295 cards

lol,

I guess I'll throw one over and see how it does.

How can I calculate estimated earnings once i know ppd? Is this a fairly accurate calculator?

Yeah I should have kept my 1070 but I guess if I get a 1080ti I can fold for coins. Its saying $13 a day from folding. In 53 days I could pay off the card. I have a that 2600K rig I can setup and forget about at work. free power!

Looks like once the bonus points have started rolling in the projection moved up to around 1.4 million per day.

Those Titan card and 1080ti crank out over a million PPD I have read..

I bought my 390 from a guy here about a year ago for $160, games pretty good.

Yep, sold that card for $160 and was sad the 290X didn't sell, well NOT ANYMORE, sold it on Ebay yesterday for ~$260+shipping. It was up for less than two hours. Now I wish I had started at $280 instead, but oh well still better than back in September or a few months ago when you couldn't give them away.
