I'm curious if someone (Braegnok) has information on how fldc is distributed? I had thought that I read somewhere that a fixed amount is distributed each month and then split amongst folders based on the accumulated points. Is this correct? I can't seem to find where I read that.

I saw on their website that they distributed 7,500,000 last month for 7,919,902,660 points for 0.00094698 fldc per point.

is 7,500,000 the monthly distributed ammount until it is halved in 102 weeks? (Meaning the .00095 per point reward flucuates)

Thinking I'm gonna buy some 1080ti's as well...

Distribution is caped at 500K/Day,.. amount distributed monthly will fluctuate,.. as well as the per point reward depending on total accumulated points.

Bottom line is simple regardless of monthly per point reward value,.. the main objective is maximum PPD with the hardware your running,.. for those who contribute the most necessary work and code to the project will receive the most reward monthly.

There is a lot of useful information in the Folding Coin White Paper,.. 2.3.1- Folding Coin (FLDC) asset details, might be what your looking for.   http://foldingcoin.net/the-coin/white-paper/

Does the _ALL_ argument in the user name actually supersede the _FLDC_ argument?

I watch one of the monthly meetings videos awhile back and they were talking about making the FLDC accept all coins like the ALL argument. Not sure if they did or not I havent been keeping up with it...

The option for _ALL_ came out a few months after the _FLDC_ option,.. as a way to introduce new coins/tokens to folders. When I upgrade my folder I'll be going with the _ALL_counterwallet address

Some of the coins added are turning out to be quite valuable, one coin added 2-8-2015 and retired 5-1-2015 is worth 1oz of silver.  ;)    http://foldingcoin.net/portfolio/powcoin/

So I should probability switch mine to _ALL_ from _FLDC_ ? Is there anything else I would need to do other then just switching the tag in my folding name?

If your already set up with FLDC I would just leave it,.. they most likely will change things and FLDC will receive all coins soon.

I'm changing mine because I noticed a while back I wasn't getting paid,.. figured out I locked my FLDC Token account in my counterwallet, playing around with settings.  :fp:

So be careful playing around with settings in your counterwallet, most actions are irreversible if you click on them.  https://counterparty.io/docs/change_token_settings/

ok, thanks. I haven't played around with the wallet since I set it up a few days ago. I'll have to remember to check it when I get home.

RX 580 looks like 360K a day on the first WU.

If I remember correctly my 7970s were about 150k a day
