Cant recommend the Dell U2715H enough :)

Only just got it, but its amazing!

2560x1440 res, IPS panel. Ultra thin bezel and plenty of hookups.

On a topic tangent, my next purchase is hopefully a M.2 Samsung 950 Pro. How are they? Worth the cash over regular SSD? (Got 2x regular 256GB SSD atm)

I haven't used them yet to know for sure but I imagine not, especially since you already have two in SATA (RAIDed I'm assuming). Benchmarks may tell otherwise but I haven't really seen any huge difference between the many different SSDs I've used. It's like memory, focus on capacity because the "speed" differences are likely to be negligible in actual usage.

The i7 build is in a stack of boxes on my desk. my graphics card arrive yesterday and it is now on my desk. I'm working out of town and the build is waiting patiently

I'm anxious to see how the performance is on the M.2 Samsung 950 Pro. Guess I'll find out if the $ was worth it.

On the monitor subject I've  come across good reviews on the AOC's & crossovers main issue would be warranty support and I'm seeing a lot of complaints about the weak/flimsy stands. They seem to be good performer and good price but I can't stand flimsy shaky stands.

All of the suggestions are helping there causing me to read more and become more informed.

It seems a lot of the Korean monitors have flimsy stands.

Jet.com has that 29" LG for $267.75 for first time shoppers with the 15NOW coupon code. https://jet.com/product/detail/8f831b3c39d04b2d9f9a52cc4ba88359
